Saturday evening - So I think this week is going well from a task perspective, except for two things - I didn't have any big things on my list this week and motivation. Motivation has been my problem. It wanes as the week goes on. Today I thought I was cruising along getting stuff done and then ran right into a wall. In the end, I did get a lot done, more than I guess I should have expected for a weekend.

Wednesday has been found! I'm sure you were so worried.
Thursday evening - Um... where's my update from last night? That's irritating. I wrote about counting calories, I wrote about good progress yesterday. I previewed it. It's not even saved in drafts now? I think Google ate it. I was originally thinking that I needed to come in 3,500 under budget (because that's roughly equal to a pound) but then I realized that I've already told Lose-It! that I want to lose a pound so it's already accounting for that. Plus I told it to withhold an extra 100 calories. So I guess I shouldn't be trying to come under budget. Odd how it's still so difficult and slow going losing any weight. Guess it's the evil weekends where it's so much harder not to snack.

Wednesday evening - Ben went to bed in his bed for the first time since his seizures. But when he woke up, he wasn't confined to his crib, so he got up and tried to leave his room. So we had to put him back to bed. But that was enough for both he and I to be quite awake. So, took me awhile to fall back asleep and then I slept in as long as possible. The math still isn't making sense in Remember the Milk. Need to come in an average of 500 calories under every day to lose a pound (a deficit of approximately 3,500 calories is equal to one pound). I meant to have a snack tonight and forgot. Guess that's a good thing.

Tuesday evening - got a good night's sleep, got up early enough to get stuff done. Or course, then, this evening instead of getting stuff done I spent too much time on Wikipedia and Google Maps looking at the U.S./Canada border and airlines that cross it (turns out there are four). I don't know how the remaining number hasn't changed since yesterday, that doesn't make sense to me. I have been able to keep my email and feedly under control. Yay.

Monday evening - another cruddy night's sleep. So I slept in as long as possible this morning and did very little before I got up. I did, however, get a lot accomplished this evening. Back on track for dieting, too, including a walk at lunch. I think I would just rock if I could get up earlier and actually get some stuff done before work.

Sunday evening - ready for a new week starting first thing tomorrow morning. I've looked at the calendar, I've looked at the week and the month. I've looked at each day. While there's still too many things on the calendar for the week, there's far less than in past weeks. A lot of the stuff that I'd leave on Sunday and then move off - I already moved off. I sorted into three categories - stuff that repeats daily, stuff that repeats less than daily and stuff that once it's done, it's done. That will give me several different lenses to look at the week to make sure I'm not just doing the same items day after day after day without making any progress (running in place). Need to get back on the exercise and diet plan as well. (Everything's so much more positive on Sunday night than it is by Thursday or Friday.)
