RunKeeper even has a photo of a mobile device in their email. And Apple, well, need we say more than "iPhone"? It seems silly that these emails fail due to copy that's too small and buttons that aren't big enough to be finger-friendly. Neither design is so complex that it shouldn't be easily possible.
