I recently received an article emailed to me entitled Undiagnosed Adults with A.D.D..
I found the checklist interesting. I feel like I can relate to some things, but other things couldn't be further from the truth. I don't have an addictive personality, I'm not spontaneous, impulsive. Some of the other stuff (losing things, organization), I can see that. Fortunately, the world offers us Remember the Milk, Evernote, David Allen and direct deposit/online bill pay from USAA.
The article gets really interesting when it gets to the hazards. I can't relate to those and don't think they describe me. That's where I start to think that maybe it's all in my head.
