Whether you're complaining about their destruction of homes and structures as they withdrew from certain areas of the Gaza strip (turns out that the Palestinians wanted the cement structures destroyed; they were planning to use them as an artificial reef in a marina project) or thanking the country for giving animals to a Palestinian zoo (they sent a few other articles on cooperation back), they respond, and quickly. They never give their names so that's a little bit rough, but they reply quickly and professionally. Great public relations!
