MSNBC.com -- KFC and Pizza Hut begin banning smoking in its restaurants nationwide. Living here in California, I forgot that there are still places where you can smoke while you eat. I'm grateful not to live in those areas, because that's kind of miserable. I think it's telling that (a) they didn't say anything about their international stores and (b) you can still die from eating their food.
