Who moved my internet?

I remember the early days of the internet. There was always stuff to look at. Nowadays, the internet is so boring that you're actually reading **this**. Seriously, where did the internet go? Or is it still there and I just can't find it? Feel free to post your favorites (and why) below.

Yeah, that's what I thought... there's nothing on the internet worth looking at.

OK... hopefully this comment will pass muster. In a related post on the TV Barn message board, I was lamenting the fact that Air America's podcast site had gone down which meant I couldn't get my daily free download of Al Franken's show (I know, the conservative in you is cringing now). Anyway, I asked the group to commend podcasts, figuring this new medium has to be overhyped for a reason. Alas, all I got was a link to Austrailian public radio.

Fortunately, the Air America site was back up again today. It turned out they had to take it down while they increased their bandwidth due to the massive amount of users downloading their shows. It's enough to give a sad liberal hope.
