Why AOL is Dumb^TM

• I read a report yesterday on news.com that said that if all you know is someone's email address at AOL, you can call Customer Service (especially in a foreign country) and ask them to reset the password. You just mumble your way through the questions they ask and they get frustrated and just do it for you.
