So there's news now that the guy who killed 10 people by driving through a famer's market in Santa Monica may have been fleeing a hit-and-run accident involving a parked car. *sigh* There was a bill that would require old people in California to be re-tested every two years starting at age 75 to keep their licenses, but it died in committee.
