Q&A: Loss

July 8 - What do you have to lose?

2014 - About 13 pounds.

2015 - About 8 pounds. So... by 2017?

2016 - 25-30 pounds. - entered July 21

2017 - 35 pounds. Why is this number going the wrong way? - entered Aug. 19

2018 - Some weight. Working at a place with catered lunches and more snacks than a 7-11 doesn't help. But, I am walking more.
