2014 - Maybe a 7. I ran 1.5 miles today, but it's been awhile.
2015 - I'm OK. Maybe a 6 or 7? 8 pounds to go. - entered June 2
2016 - Possibly a 5. It's been a tough year. - entered June 3
2017 - Maybe a 6? Still overweight. - entered June 3
2018 - Probably a 5. Nothing's broken or functioning suboptimally that I'm aware of, but I'm a bit overweight and not motivated to fix it. I do walk a lot but my diet is defined as "the kind of food I habitually eat" and not "a special course of food to which one restricts oneself to lose weight" - entered June 4
