GOOG 411 is kinda useless

Ok, here's one for all of my readers... try calling 1-800-GOOG-411.  Is anyone able to successfully get it to recognize "Federal Way, Washington"?

    As you know, my efforts to do so once led to someplace in Argentina, so now I just ask for "Auburn" and then slowly make my way through the listings to the place I want in Federal Way. It's pretty annoying.
